The Pikeville Municipal Court “sometimes referred to as City Court” has jurisdiction over minor traffic violations and violations of municipal ordinances. Most often, these courts hear speeding tickets, and other traffic violations. This Court provides a fair and impartial hearing for all citizens charged with a city ordinance violation, code violation, or traffic violation within the boundaries of the City of Pikeville.
