Pikeville Volunteer Fire Department can provide a basic Incident or Fire Report upon request.

You may request a report by emailing the below information to reports@pikevillefire.com.

• Location of Incident
• Type of Incident (motor vehicle accident or structure fire)
• Type of Report (Fire or Rescue)
• Name of Requestor
• Address to mail report
• Requestor’s Phone Number
