The opening of the Bledsoe County Fair marks the beginning of an exuberant and festive atmosphere that will engulf the entire community of Pikeville. As the sun begins to set, the fairgrounds will come alive with laughter and screams of delight from children and adults, along with  a vibrant kaleidoscope of lights, sounds, and enticing aromas.

SAVE THE DATE….The Pikeville Main Street Committee is starting to plan the Fall Festival, which will be held on Saturday, October 7  Events will begin at 11am.  Keep an eye out here for updates.

Come join the fun in planning this event.  The Main Street Committee meets the 2nd Monday of each month, 5:00pm at City Hall.

On July 4th, the Pikeville Police Department received six (6) Automated External Defibrillators.  The AEDs were purchased with Grant Funds through the Gary Sinise Foundation.  Pikeville Grant Writer, Jeannie Decker, identified the grant opportunity to receive funds for equipment that could help in saving lives.
